Know your Countries laws and don’t try to buy what is illegal to purchase or to be mailed to you.
Buyer is responsibility for any all taxes and tariffs due for purchases made sent to your respective Country.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We require you take certain steps before you return your purchase back to us.
We reserve the right to change or update policy without notice of posting.
- Should your item be broken this should be handled with you shipper and we advise you to contact them immediately or as soon as possible.
- All returns must be in original packaging with labels, tags and item must be in unused condition when returned. We will not accept counterfeit products in exchanges. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
- Contact us within three days of receiving your item; through email. Inform us of the nature of the products problem so we best know how to handle the return and to give you a return code for your purchase this code must be on your package.
TOYS
Small children’s toys may not be returned unless there’s a manufactures defect and toy is unused.
UNDER GARMENTS
For your own protection and that of others we will not accept returns or exchanges on under garments.
For defects in material and manufactures workmanship we will do all that we can to assist you in exchanges. |
